The Iron & Sage Culinary School offers engaging, hands-on experiences designed for every level of home cook, from beginner to seasoned enthusiast. Classes explore a variety of cooking methods and techniques, from baking and sourdough to knife skills, pasta, entertaining, seasonal cooking, and more. With a range of formats and price points - from casual demonstrations and introductory classes to immersive, hands-on experiences - there's something for every interest and budget. Our goal is to make cooking approachable, inspiring, and fun while helping guests build skills they can confidently bring into their own kitchens.
